Law Offices of Kimberly A. Jackson, LLLC
Welcome to the Law Offices of Kimberly A. Jackson, LLLC. We take pride in being a friendly and approachable law firm, taking the time you need to understand the relevant legal process and legal terms. I understand that it’s difficult for a non-lawyer to understand legal concepts, just like it’s nearly impossible for me to understand my mechanic! We all have our specialties in life, and I’m happy to share mine.
I was raised in Montana and visited Waikiki with my family when I was 11 years old. At that time, I promised myself that I would someday live in Hawaii. After graduating from law school in 1983, I pursued legal opportunities in several states, finally relocating to Kailua-Kona on the Big Island in 1993. I worked with the Kona office of the Honolulu firm, Cades Schutte, for eight years, and then moved to my present location in Kona Alii condominiums in 2001.
My practice emphasizes estate planning (wills, trusts, health care directives, powers of attorney), trust law and administration, probate, family law (divorces, custody, paternity, adoptions), and guardian/ conservator appointments. I regularly appear in Court for trust, probate, family, and guardian/ conservator matters, and I am sometimes appointed by Court to mediate trust/ family disputes. I am committed to helping my clients achieve the results they desire, and I look forward to working with you!
